2008-2009 Meeting Schedule: Departmental Review Team (DRT), Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) and City Council                                                  

The City of Williams Planning Department provides technical assistance to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Mayor and City Council through the City Manager.  

Services provided include preparation of the General Plan and revisions; revisions to the existing ordinances; processing and evaluation of rezoning applications, subdivision plats and master development plans, conditional uses, special uses and variances; evaluation of lot splits; customer service.
